Hi Dean Kosage, I would like to thank you for taking the time to come to australia and teach us. I had the honour to learn from you at summer conference in melbourne and later in sydney. I have been able to learn soo much from you and your audio recordings and it got me soo excited. sydney will EXPLODE in the months to come and I hope that team wombat can benefit from the excitement created through the explosive growth this city is about to experience.
I certainly will enjoy meeting you in person in diamond club very soon.
”

Dean Kosage,I heard you speak at the Summer Conference on the Gold Coast this year & in the words of so many people, you were just AWESOME!! You were inspirational, motivational & a pleasure to hear speak. You inspired me to continue building my business,to never give up,& to also learn to inspire & help others to succeed at life, against all odds.So the question I would like to ask is did you develop your speaking skills in an organisation like toastmasters??

Hi Dean Kosage,
This is Lyn, Wolg’s friend. Would love to connect at some point. I’m real, have no hidden agenda, and I love this biz, people & life in general from the deepest depths of my heart and soul. I’m helping Brad because I believe his fundamental motive is right on. I’ve only been in the biz for one year, but I hit the ground running, and was originally under the tutelage of Paul Jay. Need I say more? I was frightened to reach out to any of you, until Brad went down, and I realized he needed a “”real”" friend! That said, your cd’s/talks touched me just as much as his did, so I’d love to brainstorm someday and learn from you. I’m here on FB
“
Tonights teaching was awsome, thnx for giving us the time. we r gonna put some action behind our words and get some stuff done. we r lookin forward to playin our parts on the team.
”
Dean Kosage,
Just wanted to say thanks for keeping it real. I’ve had my ups and downs in the business, the downs happening when I’ve lost focus. Right now you have no idea who I am, but in a year or two you will, because my team will be growing, and they will be walking across the stage! You will know them! I’m their coach, and if I do my job, they will shine, and then I’ll be leading them to the top!
Thanks! – Mike “
The last couple of days I have been listening to your EDC Rally CD. I can see in many ways how this CD might help Tim and I reach out to his lost and confused friends. They have many bad habits that I like. I usually cautioned Tim about hanging around with them because I didn’t trust them to care. Your CDs have helped me come to an understanding that they may not be interested in AmWay, but they still have an interest in Tim’s life and that gives Tim the influence and possibility to, with God’s help, turn them around. Thank you.
Dean Kosage- your story has inspired my whole family and I to build this business. I know you hear that A LOT however it was different for my situation. My spouse and i have quite a large age gap between us and that has led to much struggle along with much happiness. But we never did anything together that really let us bond…
“Hi Dean Kosage
I hope you can understand how incredibly thankful I am to have you working with the Milstein org. We are so fired up over here! 1500!!!! Thank you for the feedback message. I’m working the quadrants big time, Anchoring my environment and staying CORE.
It really opened my eyes to actually see the potential of my business drawn out on paper. So exciting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You’re an amazing man, just wanted to let you know again Oh and come back to Australia soon ok? But stop off in little old Adelaide so I don’t have to travel to Queensland I hope you and your little Princess are keeping well xxx “
The ultimate dream giver, thanks Dean Kosage for having the spirit of perseverance one more hand shake, one more phone call can change the whole dynamics of us all, you are an example of it.
“One of these days my dear Dean Kosage, we are going to get to speak in person or on the phone and catch up! You are a BUSY man! I love following you around the globe, you are quite the inspiration to many. What a great feeling!
I would still love to listen to your cd’s if you ever have a chance to tell me where I can get them : ) “
“Hi Dean Kosage,
Thank you so so much for the encouragement. It really helps me. My upline are fabulous at this as well, & I am so truly thankful for this. All my life I have studying & trying to find out what family – true family, means to people. A lot of people have obviously different views. But I have never felt like this before – this is what I feel I have wanted for such a long time. This business provides an atmosphere where I can be myself – & enjoy others being theirselves without parents or anyone else crushing your spirit before you try to achieve something. This is what I consider true friendships – true family.
Thank you for being a part of helping this to happen.Sincerely
“
Just want you to know your life is an inspiration. I have a genuine question for you that I struggle with as an IBO. You seem to have a lot of interests and friends outside of Amway, yet you still add value to many Amway IBOs.
Do you recommend that Amway IBOs cut off all interests and cut off all friends and associations that aren’t Amway IBOs (even if the associations are not negative)? Or is it a matter of balance?
Thank you. More than 10 years ago, you provided my (now) wife and I with many laughs and lots of motivation. We are no longer active in the business yet are still personal-use consumers. We drove to Des Moines IA once to see you when you were under the weather at an open. One of the best meetings we ever attended for sure, and despite you being under the weather, you still took time out to meet and greet those attending.
One of my favorite lines to repeat is from your Emerald tape involving the police officer and you off the side of the road “Have you been drinking?” “Drinking? I’m in Amway!”.
We hit our 1000 pin shortly after that Open, and “rested on our laurels”.
One of the biggest things that we still talk about to this day is that despite us not continuing by growing the buisness, the intangible things we learned have allowed us to weather many storms as a couple. Watching multiple friends of ours get divorced in the past couple of years really opened our eyes to everything that WWDB gave us.
Sure, we didn’t “get rich” in a monetary sense, but I love my wife more and more everyday and we are so thankful that we were afforded the opportunity to use the tools and to see positive relationships blossom.
I don’t believe our sponsers are in the business anymore and another couple a step or two above them is also inactive. We’re downline from Jim & Julie Harstad through Tom & Val Gonser into Rochester, MN with Tom & Peggy Besch and Steve & Jane Wiertsema.
Anyways, it’s been many many years since we went inactive, but we still hold a very special place in our hearts for many people in WWDB. On a lark, I looked you up and just wanted to send a message to say that you made an impact in our lives and we’re glad to have had the opportunity to meet you.
We’ll celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary and our 17th year together as a couple, due in part to people like you who taught us that it’s better to give than to get.
Mr Dean Kosage, you’re an amazing man. Not too sure if you can recall our brief meeting on the Gold Coast at Summer conference, but regardless I just thought I’d remind you that you’re fantastic and doing things that few could ever begin to think about. Keep at it, and God bless
Hi Dean Kosage,

My name is Rohit. I had recently attended one of your recent BWW seminars, the one you did in Chennai, India. You were amazing. Thanks for sharing your valuable wisdom with us.
Hi Dean Kosage, I’m an IBO in Perth. Saw you at Summer conference. You did a fantastic job! Havent utilised facebook a lot in the past (one of those ppl that wonders why someone would think that i want to know that their off to have a shower now) but you’ve changed my mind – not about wanting to know whether ppl are about to shower or not but your definitely someone I certainly wouldn’t mind following what you’re up to. Perhaps another avenue of motivation for myself. Plus I realise I should be using these online resources a lot more to my advantage. Anyway, trust things are awesome and thanks so much for inspiring so many others just by succeeding yourself and being who you are. Keep at it Nic.
Just a quick email to thank you personally you for the time that you have taken out of your busy schedule to come back to Australia and give us more information. Summer Conference was Awesome. I travelled 5 hours by car to come and see you and went to both your talks in Sydney. I got home at 3am to be at work by 7.30am the same morning.Just to let you know that it was worth every bit of it as you have sparked something in me that now wants to suceed more than ever. Once again thank you very much. And by the way love your cribb. One day when in Diamond club, I would love to bring my wife and two boys to visit your cribb. My eldest is 10 and he says your cribb rocks.
My upline diamonds are Lindsay & Pam. They are awesome.

Hi Dean Kosage
BBS on 24th Feb at Chennai was a Blast.
“Individuals win matches, Teams win Championships” was amazing thought and our Team decided to be part of a Team that wins championships.
Also spider monkey analogy was too good for our comfort.
Hi Dean Kosage. I was one of the excited IBO’s at the BBS seminar on 24th Feb at Kamarajar Arangam. I have never heard anything like this in my life which has seen 57 years. The Spider Monkey analogy just got imprinted in me.I started listening to your classic Exective Diamond Attitude CD. The incredible thought process of yours has hit the Chennai Bww team like a rocket. your msg that relatability is the key to this business is most appropriate. how do i keep in touch with you?
sarath kumar
I don’t know if you remember, I ran into you on Myspace back in the day – I wanted to reach out and connect, I just picked up one of your old rallies I had laying around and started laughing. You’re awesome.
I just moved to Costa Rica, living on the beach in Playa Palo Seco – hope things are going good – reach out and connect if you get a minute.
i heard you on 20th feb 2010 at mumbai. Nothing short of genuineness. Plain simple message that drives in the true Britt message – IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT TOO.
What makes the talk powerful is the elegance which softly keeps dripping into the psyche – AWAKE TO THE FACT THAT YOU ARE A WINNER. Yep one will sing – I BELIEVE I CAN FLY, I BELIEVE I CAN SOAAAAAAAAR.
Thank you going CAM for your gesture to India.
You have awakened us more than anybody to the glaring truth – ‘there are lots of people here’ – one can sit watching them or network them and I hear you telling me – ‘IF YOU DON’T DO IT I AM GOING TO DO IT.’
God bless you & your lovely daughter TEAGAN with ‘his’ choicest blessings always always.
wow.. really looking forward to meet you and learn from you in Bangalore. I am sure Bangalore’s business will not be same after you seminar.
Thanks for coming… Go
hi, i m DHEERAJ BHARDWAJ, part of hemant sahela’s organisation in sydney. and i will great full to you that you going to give me chance to see this ONE MAN SHOW.
Dean, i am always thankful to God, to give me this divine gift so that i can make a difference in my life as well as in others too. Dean, i need your permission, that if i need any guidance from you, can i write something to you in future.
Hi. ok so you wont remember me but i met you with my mom and her upline, Becky Doran, at one of last years functions that you were speaking at and you are by far one of my favorite speakers in the business, you keep it fun and interesting and yet still learn alot. so you need to come back to MN soon so i can bring a bunch of my friends to learn about Amway and not be bored like they are with other speakers. and i cannot wait til im of age cuz im so building this and going to be free by my 20’s lol so yeah sorry this is really random reading something from some random person haha!
I am quite sure that I am not the first to be inspired and motivated by your presentation and I am certainly looking forward to seeing you again in Sydney on the 3rd Mar. keep smiling
Bernie.
What would be the number one thing that I should focus on and do to expand my business. I know you are busy and talk to alot of people so I wont do this often. I just listened to you cds for the 10 time
My name’s Lauren Henderson and I was at the Melbourne Summer Conference you spoke at around two weekends ago and you were absolutely brilliant! Seriously Dean, you have changed my world! What I thought was never possible, is now actually do-able! Crazy!!
I have my first QI this morning, I haven’t slept all night because I am that nervous and excited.. All I want is to have that financial secruity so that I can go out and create my art and live an extrodinary life with no boundaries. I have been drenching myself in audio cds and praying that I can sustain this energy and excitement. It’s been a tough week just getting people to take a 22yr old female serisouly – how you did it at such a young age is so remarkable, Dean.
I hope you enjoyed your stay in Australia, and please come back again! Don’t ever loose that passion, drive, compassion and commitment, as it’s what makes you such an inspirational person!!
Hey Dean Kosage,

Hi Dean Kosage,
I just wanted to say that I drove 8 hours from Adelaide on Friday to see you speak for 4 on the Friday night in Melbourne at Leadership and silvers, then drove 8 hours back, and it was possibly the best talk I’ve heard since being in the business. Your humble approach, and the way you give the credit to our Australian upline was inspiring, but I deliberately waited to write you this message. Since returning to Adelaide, I have really been making a practical change in all areas of my life, spiritual, work, friends, health, and business. The notes I took were priceless, but in essence, I want you to know that your words were not just a pump up session, as so often is the case, but rather made a permanent impact as it’s caused me to take action on things I previously procrastinated over.
My sincerest thanks for your imput, and know you are changing lives my friend. Look forward to seeing you around the world.
If you’re ever in Adelaide, do hit me up, and I’ll go out of my way to ensure your time is well spent here.
Much love, from one of your many new friends…
I know you dont know me but i was at the oregon city event when you were in Oregon last year and I came with James and Amy weaver. After i left that meeting you inspired me to get fired up and learn what you do, all I want to say is thanks. Hope life is going good for you
Dean Kosage, I still have quotes from some of your CDs running through my brain from time to time. “You have to connect before you pull!” God Bless Ya!
Thanks for the great motivational/educational BBS at International Expo Centre, Noida India. After meeting you I realize that, there are many more to know and explore new avenues for building huge business across the Globe. You showed us a way of taking this opportunity into different dimension all together. We feel proud to be part of BWW Education system.
Hi Dean Kosage
Thanx again for an amazing weekend! You are a total inspiration and have made me want this more than ever!
Hope you had an unforgettable trip here in Oz … !
Yvette.

Hi Dean Kosage. I was at Summer Conf. Team Mak on the Gold Coast over the weekend. WOW! It was one of those moments where it was if you were there speaking directly to me. As a single Mum whose world crumbled a while ago I REALLY got what u were saying. Here I go!
Hiya Dean Kosage…saw you at the team mac conference in perth last month….mate you were awesome…..I hope that you make it out to down under again soon….THANX.
I have just gotten home from the GC Summer Conference. Im sure you hear this all the time (and if I need to say it 3 times to make you believe it I will) but you were absolutely awesome! I spoke to you briefly after and told you that you made me cry! Youve definitely given me a kick in the pants! I just want this thing done! Thank you so much!!
The planets and stars aligned with extraordinary timing to bring you to our shores. You have added a new dimension to lives of all those Australians who attended Teammak SCs downunder. Your generosity with sharing your life experience is immeasurable. Thank you.
Hi Dean Kosage,
I am from India part of Raj Shah team, and we have been told “a 23 year old boys went diamond ” in our yesterday’s meeting and “he is coming to india who is now executive diamond”
May be you dont know how much people in India (especialy in Mumbai ) are excited ..people are searching you on google youtube. Want to know who is that BOY, absolutely excited and keenly waiting for you in India.
We welcome you from the bottom of our heart.
As part of the Crow-Renfrow Organization, I can tell you there isnt enough Kosage in my life or the lives of my Team.
I’ve emailed John, Dave and Rex asking them to increase our offering of your CD’s but havent had much success. Is there anyway for someone outside your LOA to purchase your CD’s?
Also, Ive been asked over and over by my Team member when you’re going to talk at a Crow/Renfrow function. You have had that kind of impact even outside your Business!
Hey Dean Kosagegreat seeing you in surrey last week. Loved your 4000 pin talk. Sounds like you have some cool new things on the go. Gotta be honest had a bad 2009 injuries, parents illnesses, moved etc… but hey its 2010.I so related to your talk – i grew more faster in my old leg cause i did my own thing with no rules – no WW police – I’ve been to legalistic in my approach to the biz. I’m no rookie in business and if I didn’t know better I’d venture to guess there are some major changes coming new alliances forming – WW is way behind in some areas.I saw Wolg in vancouver after you and it sounded allot like you 2 were on the same page with social media and a few other areas all of which i love and have a passion for.
I’ll ask straight up – are you hoping ww adopts some of these changes or maybe doing your own thing – if you are I’m with ya – ya I dont have the pin or biz but I’ve lost so many musician that have vision to pursue their dreams of music need a vehicle but can’t get past some speakers, philosophies, meetings etc partially my fault for not spinning it right. You know where their coming from tatted pierced drinkers etc…
Anyway Dean love your attitude – maybe I’m way off base but thats what i was hearing between the lines.
Brett

Hi Dean Kosage – My cousin recommended your site to me. You have not yet affected my life, but after reading your pages, I’ve got a good feeling about you – thank you so much for sharing…
Just wanted to send you a message of thanks. I very much appreciate all of the wisdom you have shared with me over the years. Not only do you provide valuable information about the latest trends that are creeping up, you also provide an example of continuous personal growth.
Thank you for all you have done and all you are yet to do!
If we are really honest with ourselves there are only a few relationships that we can say really impacted us in a ” Powerful Life Changing Way”. Dean Kosage is one of those relationships for me. When I first met Dean I was what people call, “A Race Car with no Steering Wheel”. Lots of energy but no direction. Dean took his free time to guide me personally and professionally. He showed me that life is too short to play small. Not to be afraid to fail and to achieve your goals you need to be focused and persistent despite any obstacles.
I hope more people get the same gift of hearing Dean speak either live or through various media circles and get to know him personally.
Thank you Dean for being a man of Character and Transparency. I am not the boy without direction anymore. I am now a man with vision and goals for my family and future and I WILL ACHIEVE THEM!!
Thank you for choosing to live a life of giving back. I have enjoyed getting to know you better through your seminars and talks.
Your commitment to constant improvement and to studying human behaviour for the last 15 years allows you to connect with so many people and then move them through whatever in life is holding them back. With your help I know (and have seen) that people can live more efficiently, and have a happier successful life.
Thank you for all that you have done for myself and my team.
i remember kickboxing in your front yard with aussie boy and you and me making taco meat and drinkin cranberry juice at my house and getting sick and you and me both were raising ourselfs at a very young age. glad your happy good on you if you really are
Thanks for coming to Denver. I’ve got your seminar/open/rally on a continuous loop in my truck riding the highways to my own freedom. Had a no show tonight, cause we gotta have em! Thanks for sharing your heart and your experiences. It’s always a joy, and a night of heart filled laughter! You’re a man of influence. I’m still with you on the islands thing (southern business expansion headquarters) ’cause I’m on a boat!…
Was looking at your calendar and you really need to slow down. Nov and Dec are way to filled up! Keep leading the way brother, we’re right behind you.
Hey Dean Kosage! It was awesome seeing you at the Portland FED! Man it has been a crazy year so far. I don’t even remember how I came across your website but here I am! I just wanted to take a moment out and say thank you for all the teaching and knowledge that you are willing to share with all of us at World Wide. Your words have helped my husband see things in a different light and thus helping him go out and meet people. You are a inspiration and your words are heard far and wide! We all deep down want to be someone, and since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a performer. Singing, dancing, and making and staring in my own music videos. When this business came along I realized that I could finally start living up to my dreams and help build my husbands dreams as well. Thanks again Dean! I will see you very soon at Diamond club! I’m going to need some hookups into Hollywood! HAHA!
What can be said about a person who has truly made a change in your life? Sure you can follow the normal route and offer words of praise and gratitude but in my opinion that seems degrading. I think a chance encounter with Dean is not by accident nor should it be taken lightly there is a reason He is who He is and there is a reason He can do what we all know he can do so very well. Some people in life are just there to not help you become something better but to help you realize that you were great from the start and dare you to remember who you are. In life there are Leaders and Followers and i think Dean Screwed the templates up when he became Free. Possessing the abilities to move people in the right direction and also walk beside them as a friend create the uniqueness that is Dean Kosage and cannot be encapsulated in a block of text on a blog stuck somewhere in a phone line over New Mexico. To put it bluntly if you ever meet the guy throw away your ego, listen to what he say’s and accept it as truth as its the only chance you will ever get to ask the mirror mirror in the wall who is the greatest of them all. To Dean Kosage i say thank you sir for your reflections
Dean Kosage ~ your ability to outthink/outdream/outlead and outplay so many fantastic leaders has earned my respect. I have watched you personally grow and than grow your team, personally submit and than lead your team, personally dream and than share that dream with others to pull us all higher. Thank you for honestly sharing who you are ~ and ~ where you are going! So proud and excited to be on your team.
An inspiration and a master at creating the “power to pull” are the first thoughts that come to mind when I hear Dean’s name. This man has an amazing story but, he keeps going, he keeps growing, he is a real-life hero. I own multiple copies of all of his c.d.’s, I hand out the extras to people who wanna actually DO SOMETHING WITH THEIR LIFE! Dean is a fantastic communicator. He can not only connect with multiple walks of life, he can teach you how to do it as well. He has shaped me up, taught me so much, made me laugh so hard and slapped me around to “wake-up” in certain areas of my life and he doesn’t even know me. I appreciate him so much!
Dean Kosage, thank you so much for this blog and your talk in portland. I’m more connected to the kind of energy i give and what i feel from others, i used to look for the negative vibes (probably because i used to give negative vibe:-) now i look for positive vibes and naturally drawn to positive people. Thanks for helping break old habits and empowering us all
Hey sir! Wow…where to start? Geepers crow…first of all, you have an amazing gift/ability to communicate, articulate & penetrate people’s hearts & established paradigms to convict their/our standard of thought. Second…thank you for your effervescent transparency & seemingly unending vulnerability of your roads less traveled. There is so much glue in that openness, causing your audience to connect & stick like Velcro to your story, theme & thought. I make it a point to study communicators & speakers and w/out question, you are one of the greatest I’ve ever heard or been exposed to. Third, your humility amidst your celebrity status is awe inspiring. Those ‘celebrities’ that are able to stay grounded, never forgetting their roots or the value of those surrounding them, are worthy of respect. Finally, your zeal/zest/passion/hunger for justice, life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness—to be the Batman, Mr. Incredible, Zorro, Punisher or Captain America OR a badarse combination of all of ‘em is just flat out heart & soul grabbing!! The way you can reach in someone’s chest & wrap your fingers around their heart & squeeze & provoke them to LIVE is like watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel or like watching GSP pummel an opponent! Thank you for who you are, sir. Thank you for the small, uncomfortable, inconvenient, daily, character-building decisions you’ve made for the bulk of your life. You’re an inspiration…an example…a role model…a history maker…a mediocrity breaker…you’re a modern day, real-life Super Hero!
Hi my name is Miguel and I live in the Antelope Valley in the High Desert, about 60 minutes from LA.
The very first night I was sponsored, a little over a month ago, My upline Platinum Rich And Nancy Campbell, told me you were speaking in San Diego. I had been encouraged by my parents, and the Campbells to listen to you, because I’m 20 and that’s when you joined this business. So i had been really excited to hear you talk, because the CD of yours got me fired up and your awesome.
I don’t have a drivers licences or a car but I called one of my friends and asked if he wanted to go to San Diego, to see a business meting, and that I would pay for gas, and he can drive my mom’s car! He was down for a road trip. So he asked if he could bring a friend and so of course i said yes.
We left a little late so we sneaked in at the end of the plan, and missed the plan (good thing i couldn’t shut up about the plan on the ride down there) but we made it for the night owl lesson. Watching you speak, and listening to the words you spoke that night, touched me deep in my spirit. this is what i want to do for the rest of my life, what a great way to start of my first day of freedom. My dream is that one day you can hear my story and i can reach out to your spirit some how and effect you significantly. Keep it groovy bubba!
Happy 4th to you and your Daughter! I have been listening to your CD’s for a few years now. I have a Wife and 2 Daughters which I love tremendously. I have been in and out of the business. I just recently renewed and have finally decided to go all in and step up to the plate. I also recently started reading the Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.(WW is awesome) What a Great Book? So that’s what I’m doing on a daily basis. Doing the little things most people don’t do. You are an awesome motivator and speaker. Hopefully I see you at the Rock Church one of these Sundays. I was just at the last Regional in SD and I heard you talk about Pastor Miles and the Rock. Thanks Again for your Teaching.
Thanks for being an inspiration to us all… I am with BWW so we are not privileged to see you speak on stage, but the only thing that’s kept me in the business is your CD’S… You are truly a trend setter that has paved the way for many young individuals to get their life straightened out and be cool despite building a global, multi-million dollar, private franchising business… Thanks for all that you do and continue to do!!
Hi Dean Kosage,
I realize I commented on your site yesterday. And I’m not trying to blow it up! But I read your “Handling Negative PR” link and was totally blessed. So I wanted to comment on that.
While you were here in Eugene the last time, you talked about this a little in your ‘night owl’. It was at that moment, without needing to know the details, I could trust 100% that you not only CAN help me, but you are WILLING to help me. NOTE: I should also mention that Brady Hayes helped me ‘man-up’ on some of my issues last year. Brady instilled in me to ACT, and stop complaining. If it wasn’t for him, acting in a way that’s very reflective of you, I think I would not have some recent victories!
My painful experiences have taught me many of the same valuable lessons about my association. There’s a price for the really ‘Good Information’. And to me, it’s in the really painful stuff that I’ve learned the most about how to live Today. It’s a big price-tag, and it doesn’t feel at all good going through it. But I am SO thankful for some of what I call ‘life’s kickbacks’ (others call it Karma). These kickbacks have allowed me to start teaching the value of ‘Today Matters’ to my 3 and 6 year old children.
Now I can be more vigilant when trials come. And I’ve learned that not all trials are bad! Through my vigilance in my relationships (which I’m always working on), I look forward to prosperity – in every sense of the word!
I look forward to doing what it takes to get together with you again soon! Thanks again for being so open.
Hey Dean Kosage,
I just wanted to let you know how much your story has inspired me over the years. A cd you did, i think executive diamond attitude is still my favorite ever!
Being single myself your example has meant so much.
Having Dean Kosage in my life has been a roller coaster to say the least. There’s been laughter, tears, learning, playing, joking, and so much more. Not only is Dean an amazing mentor, business coach, and leader, but he is also an INCREDIBLE friend.
I met Dean about 2 years ago in Portland Oregon where he was speaking on stage in front of probably 20,000 people. What impressed me most about him was that Dean was able to really connect with EVERY person in that audience (even me and I didn’t even know why I was there!). 3 months later I had an opportunity to apprentice an Gentleman that Dean had been mentoring for 5 years or so and through that apprenticeship I was able to learn organizational skills, people skills, money management, and other life skills that are important to learn at a young age. I was able to build up a successful massage clientelle all over King County in Washington state and after a year, had an opportunity to move to southern California where Dean was living to upgrade my asociation AGAIN (leaving behind everything I knew and had built over the previous year) and continue moving my life forward. I’m proud to say that today, through the mentorship of Dean and other leaders that he has trained (Luis Valdez, Nick Cailler, Bryan Gallinger and others) I have been able to again build a massage clientelle and a great business on the side that is always growing in the VERY near future will replace my massage income completely.
Dean, thank you for your patience and your persistance in my life. Without your help, I wouldn’t be the woman I am today, nor would I have the relationships I do. I am so grateful for the fun times we’ve had and also for the learning times. Looking forward to MANY MANY more in the years to come.
Dean Kosage’s coaching has helped me become a better co-worker, team leader, friend, son, and brother.I thank him for never being out of reach to those who dare to dream of becoming a better human being.
Dean Kosage, personally I transferred your rally and attitude CD’s over to mp3 so I can listen to them while I’m at my J.O.B. or painting. The information and the feeling behind the words is more than enough to let anyone know you are for real and actually care about helping people. Thanks for all your hard work. Your a warrior. Keep it up.
From all the insults we’re exposed to every day there’s still positive people who rise above it all. No matter what others have to say about us (either knowing us or not) we are still true to ourselves & keep helping others to become stronger no matter what we read or hear. To have a dream is to be on a mission. If it rains, we still go to our destined places. We don’t lock ourselves in till it stops raining. We get ready & do everything possible to keep going.
Dean Kosage! You are an inspiration to many. Don’t stop being YOU. Opinions are always there. Being a loner is not being among gossipers & followers in a toxic environment. You are who you hang out with & what you feed your mind with & it shows with your actions. Listening to you helps me stand true to what my dreams are & what my determination is in this business world is. Thank you for giving your time & show us that no matter what we did & what happened in our past, today is what matters. Today is what we can change to be our best no matter what.
On a personal note, marriage has both conscious people responding to one another in their own bias ways. We are in charge of our future. Difficulties help us grow & open our eyes to solutions. I made the right decision with becoming an IBO & no other job would give me so much personal growth & confidence as I keep receiving till this day. All the products are top of the line & association is still positive & supportive. You chose right to be an inspiration to many people. We don’t always get that from our jobs nor from our families. Doing the right thing leads to recognition. Thank you for being You.
A common catch phrase is that a good coach will tell someone ‘what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.’ When the general public hears such phrases, they smile and wisely nod their heads, to show the world they not only agree with, but also practice such a principle.
What’s not so easy is that when you do find a good coach outside the norms of sports, parenting and the military, people can’t seem to get their ego’s out of the way.
Dean Kosage, you have had the willingness to be such a coach in business & life, even though I know it’s not personally comfortable for you all the time. I have seen low-eq people ask you to tell them what it takes to achieve their dreams, then badmouth you behind your back when you tell them they need to change in order to achieve those same dreams!!
Personally, you have changed my life. You’ve helped to raise my self-esteem, to train me to do my first public speech, to develop me as a leader, and to mold me in to a man of principle.
I am grateful for the significant financial rewards from our business ventures, but you have earned my loyalty for sticking with me through tough times and helping me want to hear what I need to hear. The best in our lives is yet to come.
Hi Dean Kosage!
Thank you for being such an inspiration that young guys like me on a mission can make it big in this world!! Your commitment to personal growth is phenomenal and I’m so glad I’m using your coaching in all aspects of my life. I’m proud to be on your and Fenton’s team.
I’m getting free because of your vision and what you have built in your life.
Sven Winter
Skicross Racer and future 2010 Olympian
I’m part of Trevor and Lexi’s going-Crown team! Not only have you taught me so much just through speaking at our major functions, but have inspired me as a single woman to rise up and do the same for others. Many of your words become engrained in my mind and so I always feel so equipped after hearing you speak. Thank you for allowing God to use your life to make such a life-changing difference in other’s lives. See you on the beaches of the world!
We just wanted to thank you for all the time you have invested into our lives. My parents are so proud to know that we are apart of your team and were so impressed when they met you. It made them so much more excited about our vision and goals and allowed them to see where we’re going as a family.
You have blessed our lives in more ways then we can count. We are a younger couple with a huge dream to pour into others lives and do everything we can to help them and you have taught us so much about being humble, working hard, and going above and beyond the call of duty.
You have impacted our lives on a whole new level, and have given this couple even bigger dreams then we had before. Thank you for all the teaching and guidance that has helped us in so many aspects of life. You are an very inspirational person and we thank God for you all the time! Thank You for being a great mentor.
your story is truly an inspiration for young people everywhere who aren’t going to settle for an average life and who truly want to live. I have only met you once for a brief moment but through your cd’s and hearing you speak at functions you are a true mentor that I am proud to learn from. Keep doing what you do.
Dean Kosage has changed so many lives around the globe including mine. After hearing Dean’s story I was inspired to pursue direct sales with Amway Global…My life has never been the same. Through Dean’s mentorship and training I was able to raise my level of association which helped me find my true self and begin reaching my true potential. I was able to wean myself off of drugs and alcohol because of the strong desire to succeed instilled in me through Dean’s teachings and friendship. Dean has paved the way for so many people to realize that they too can succeed in life.
Hi Dean,
I read a rumor that you may be leaving WWDB. Is that true? You will be missed!
Dean Kosage, I just wanted to say thank you for being consistent and a light in this world and a shield from those who want to keep us down. I am so happy with all your new exciting adventures. Chicago misses you!

Kindest Regards

Dean Kosage, thanks for giving back at Vegas Leadership 2010. I enjoy your passion and inspiration very much. your attitude CD is my favorite. Because of you I am reading Three Feet from Gold . .loving it! Thanks for being you! Deborah an IBO with WWDB “

A BIG THANK YOU FROM ONE OF YOUR MANY PLATINUMS IN INDIA……WE LOVE U DEAN…
“Hi Dean Kosage
I hope you can understand how incredibly thankful I am to have you working with the Milstein org. We are so fired up over here! 1500!!!! Thank you for the feedback message. I’m working the quadrants big time, Anchoring my environment and staying CORE.
It really opened my eyes to actually see the potential of my business drawn out on paper. So exciting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hola Dean Kosage,
Thanks for touching base with me a while back. I apologize for just getting back to you now. You’ve been doing some traveling! Wonderful to see!
Thank you for congratulating me. I’ve been working VERY hard and to see the fruits of my labor finally start to be on its way to ripening excites me.
Hope all is well. Glad to see you still living life to its fullest!

Oh and come back to Australia soon ok? But stop off in little old Adelaide so I don’t have to travel to Queensland
I hope you and your little Princess are keeping well xxx “
You’re an amazing man, just wanted to let you know again
“
“Dean-O:
Just want you to know your life is an inspiration. I have a genuine question for you that I struggle with as an IBO. You seem to have a lot of interests and friends outside of Amway, yet you still add value to many Amway IBOs.
Do you recommend that Amway IBOs cut off all interests and cut off all friends and associations that aren’t Amway IBOs (even if the associations are not negative)? Or is it a matter of balance?
Regards,
William
Washington, D.C. “
For that, and on behalf of my wife, we thank you.
Sincerely,
Geoff & Michele Hanson
Mr Dean Kosage, you’re an amazing man. Not too sure if you can recall our brief meeting on the Gold Coast at Summer conference, but regardless I just thought I’d remind you that you’re fantastic and doing things that few could ever begin to think about. Keep at it, and God bless
Hi Dean Kosage,
I’m fairly new in the business I have attended your seminars in Queensland and Sydney and found your presentation awesome. Thanks heaps. Jean
You were AMAZING tonight. You have really touched my heart and gave me a new perspective of what our business is really about and the empowerment it can bring to those a we touch!!
Keep at it
Nic.

“Individuals win matches, Teams win Championships” was amazing thought and our Team decided to be part of a Team that wins championships.
Also spider monkey analogy was too good for our comfort.
See you in Diamond Clum Dean
VinayVijaya
Hi Dean Kosage. I was one of the excited IBO’s at the BBS seminar on 24th Feb at Kamarajar Arangam. I have never heard anything like this in my life which has seen 57 years. The Spider Monkey analogy just got imprinted in me.I started listening to your classic Exective Diamond Attitude CD. The incredible thought process of yours has hit the Chennai Bww team like a rocket. your msg that relatability is the key to this business is most appropriate. how do i keep in touch with you?

Hey Dean,
Great value add by you at bangalore BBS. You rocked! We will make your Bangalore trip count.
See you at the top!
Hi Dean Kosage!
-david wood.
i heard you on 20th feb 2010 at mumbai.
Dear Dean Kosage,
It was gr8 learning from you on 19th at BWW Mumbai BBS,
Yes we will shift many people from old river side to new river side…wow what a learning…
Hope to see you again on Britt stage.

Hello Mr Dean Kosage…Iam gonna attend ur session @ Bangalore this saturday…Realli excited abt it…..
All the very best!

Hope life is going good for you
Hi Dean Kosage awesome speech at Summer conference. I will keep you posted, and look forward to catching up with you in the states
Thanks a ton:)

Im a muso and songwriter, Im very active in it…band, management etc Its my absolute passion and the reason I got into Team Mak, I want my freedom so I can play when I want where I want and I also want to help young bands realise their potential.

Dean Kosage,
As part of the Crow-Renfrow Organization, I can tell you there isnt enough Kosage in my life or the lives of my Team.
Brett

Dean Kosage,
Thank you for choosing to live a life of giving back.
Micah Dew
i remember kickboxing in your front yard with aussie boy and you and me making taco meat and drinkin cranberry juice at my house and getting sick and you and me both were raising ourselfs at a very young age. glad your happy good on you if you really are
Dean Kosage,
Thanks for coming to Denver.
Thanks for helping break old habits and empowering us all
Hi, good post. I have been woondering about this issue,so thanks for posting. I’ll definitely be coming back to your site.
deankosage.com – cool!!!!
Yo Dean Kosage!
Dean Kosage,
Happy 4th to you and your Daughter!
Damon De Leon
Hey Dean Kosage,
Thanks for being an inspiration to us all… I am with BWW so we are not privileged to see you speak on stage, but the only thing that’s kept me in the business is your CD’S… You are truly a trend setter that has paved the way for many young individuals to get their life straightened out and be cool despite building a global, multi-million dollar, private franchising business… Thanks for all that you do and continue to do!!
Props,
Chris Brabb

Hey Dean Kosage,
I just wanted to let you know how much your story has inspired me over the years. A cd you did, i think executive diamond attitude is still my favorite ever!
Being single myself your example has meant so much.
Thank You
Having Dean Kosage in my life has been a roller coaster to say the least.
I am always amazed by how many people follow a great leader and will be forever inspired by how a great leader has impacted the whole world!
I want to show my greatest appreciation to you Dean! You have touched my life.
Thank you.

Dean Kosage,
I’m part of Trevor and Lexi’s going-Crown team!
Hi Dean Kosage!
